Job summary

Employers Overload in Lancaster, Ohio invites applications for a Shipping/Receiving role on 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm). Pay is $21 per hour. Must have at least 1 year sit-down forklift experience.

Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound materials, BOLs, inspections, inventory, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The Lead acts as a liaison between staff and upper management, focusing on development and growth opportunities while ensuring workflow and deadlines align

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to frequently lift 10–40 lbs and team-lift >40 lbs.
• Basic electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily environmental inspections of Phase 3, Phase 4, and staging areas to ensure compliance.
• Ensure accuracy of all inbound/outbound materials per permit requirements.
• Complete monthly inventory and material movement forms.
• Coordinate product movement within facilities, including tagging and labeling.
• Perform daily product inspections and create packing lists for outbound shipments.
• Generate Bills of Lading (BOLs) and manage inventory for insurance purposes.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of and assist in executing the Facility Contingency Plan, including proper cleanup of spills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
