Novolex in Franklin, OH seeks a Shipping & Receiving Lead to partner with Shift Leads, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate shipping/receiving operations. You will resolve issues, coordinate daily dock activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and leading department employees to meet operational goals, with a starting pay of $24.17/hour for the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
Minimum of three years in shipping/receiving, warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
Lead, coordinator, or supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and inventory control.

Responsibilities

Perform duties of a Shift Lead within shipping and receiving operations; assign work and monitor workflow.
Promote and enforce dock safety policies and regulatory requirements.
Safely operate forklifts and other equipment to support dock operations.
Oversee department training programs and ensure proper documentation.
