The J.M. Smucker Company is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Lead to direct and monitor all shipping and receiving activities on a 12-hour shift. You will oversee loading trucks, supervise operators, and ensure safety and accurate manifest documentation.

Responsibilities include reviewing handoff reports, finalizing orders, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining compliant records with forklift and inventory software usage. Previous manufacturing/shipping experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; able to work in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a manufacturing or shipping/warehouse setting is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Direct and monitor all shipping and receiving activities on a shift.
• Review handoff reports and address outstanding tasks from prior shifts.
• Finalize orders to ensure shipments are picked, staged, loaded and documented.
• Investigate material discrepancies and trigger root cause analysis.
• Prepare work areas, equipment and paperwork for the next shift.
