Houston Precision Fasteners (HPF) is seeking a shipping and receiving supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate daily logistics operations. You will work with production and S&R teams to ensure timely movement of parts, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety policies.
This role requires hands-on leadership, forklift operation, and collaboration across departments to meet schedules. Candidate should have 3–5 years of shipping/logistics experience, proficiency in MS Office and ERP

Our fasteners have supported mission aircrafts such as; Joint Strike Fighters, F/A 18 Super Hornet, and Falcon 9; just to name a few. Plan, direct, and coordinate HPF shipping and receiving activities. Work with production team to manage product while working with other S&R personnel, logistics systems, processes and daily operations. Manage HPF day to day safety issues and programs. Work mostly independently.
