Job summary

Qualifications

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Lift heavy objects, 50+ pounds, repeatedly.
Basic math and reading skills for packing and labeling.
Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Commitment to safety protocols and PPE usage.
Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse team.
Experience in shipping/receiving preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack products for outgoing shipments according to order specifications.
Load and unload trucks safely with or without equipment.
Label boxes, sort packages by destination or type, and prepare shipping labels.
Inspect shipments for accuracy and report any issues to supervisors.
Assist with inventory counts and organization of products in the warehouse.
Operate material handling equipment (such as forklifts, hand trucks) to move items.
Keep the shipping and receiving area clean and organized; follow safety protocols.
Complete paperwork and records related to shipments, including tracking orders.
Work closely with team members and departments to meet shipping goals.
