Job summary

Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc. is seeking a shipping associate to ensure products are accurately counted, recorded, and prepared for loading. You will manage inventory, flag non-conforming items, and coordinate with the load-out team.

The role requires operation in a refrigerated warehouse environment, adherence to GMP and SQF standards, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shifts, often from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, are preferred.
• Refrigerated warehouse and shipping experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and accurately record data.

Responsibilities

• Accurately count and record products by category.
• Enter inventory results into Excel and the inventory database.
• Identify and flag any non-conforming product (code, label, short fill, missing carton, leakier).
• Assign orders to other shipping associates from load-out sheets.
• Review product codes and dates to ensure proper rotation.
• Prepare paperwork and maintain documentation for shifts.
