JW Hicks, Inc. in Knox, Indiana is seeking a Shipping, Receiving and General Laborer to join our team. The role involves operating forklifts and cranes, recording data in ERP, preparing products for shipping, and maintaining a clean warehouse.

We offer a base pay of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with merit-based increases and opportunities for career growth in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This is a Monday–Friday day shift with some overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout shift.
• Must pass a post-offer drug screen and physical prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to load and unload materials.
• Record and enter data into ERP operating system.
• Prepare and finish/package product for final shipping.
• Clean and organize warehouse.
• Assemble small shapes molds and cast them.
• Assist in preparing mixes for casting.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
