Job summary

Essity is seeking an experienced Shipping Receiving Forklift Operator to join our Neenah, Wisconsin facility. This role supports a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy and efficiency in loading, unloading and material handling.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of forklift experience; a HSED or diploma is required. We offer competitive pay ($31.77–$32.75/hour), benefits and opportunities for growth within Essity, a global leader in health

• Forklift operator with at least 1 year safe experience.
• Previous machine operator experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and visually inspect for damage and quantity.
• Prepare supply RM/FG for production lines and organize outbound loads.
• Store and allocate materials with correct location codes and manage waste.
• Complete documentation during unload, storage, removal and cycle counts.
• Operate and maintain forklift and other logistic handling equipment.
• Learn to operate automated gantry/storage/unitizer/palletizer equipment.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and waste baler area.
• Work rotating 8-hour shifts with OT/DT pay as applicable.

What You Will Do

• Work within Essity safety standards with a responsibility for others, to Load and unload and check (raw) material or Finish Goods visually for damage, quantity and description.
• Block damaged raw material or material deviating in quantity or description Prepare supply RM/FG for production lines Remove production waste and return blocked (raw) material and blocked FG products
• Organize and prepare outbound loads
• Store and allocate (raw) material, return, blocking, waste, FG products, recycled material with the right location code.
• Complete all required documentation and data files during unload, store, remove and cycle count.
• Operate and maintain forklift truck and other logistic handling equipment
• Learn to operate and troubleshoot automated gantry/storage/unitizer/palletizer equipment.
• Maintain optimal housekeeping in warehouse and waste baler area.
• Work rotating 8 hour southern swing shifts (OT pay and DT pay apply)

Who You Are

• HSED or Diploma required
• Forklift operator with minimum 1 year demonstrated safe experience in pallet fork and clamp functions.
• Previous machine operator experience preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits :

Expected Compensation

$31.77 - 32.75/hour + benefits *Shift Differentials, Overtime pay after 8 hours daily, Double time on Sundays

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factor s such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
