Job summary

Essity is seeking an experienced machine operator - flexible resource to join our operations team. You will support safe, efficient operation of production equipment and handle materials per SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and prefers 1 year of manufacturing or forklift experience. Shifts are swing-based, and Essity offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly base rate.

Responsibilities

• Support safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
• Prepare, stage, and load raw materials or finished products according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Monitor processes and communicate any issues to the Team Leader or skilled operators.
• Maintain clear communication with previous and next shifts to support smooth operations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping and safety standards.
• Assist team members in operating activities as needed.
• Perform basic quality checks and report any non‑conforming materials.
• Complete required documentation and data entry accurately during production.

Compensation and Benefits :

Expected Compensation

$28.16 /hourly base rate with the potential to earn $45.43/hourly.

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factor s such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
