Job summary

Essity in Neenah, WI is seeking an experienced Shipping Receiving Forklift Operator for a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment. Candidates should live nearby and be ready to work rotating 8-hour shifts with OT and DT pay as applicable.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of forklift experience (pallet fork and clamp). You will load, unload, inspect materials, prepare loads, and maintain tidy, safe warehouses while adhering to Essity safety standards.

Qualifications

• HSED or Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience with pallet fork and clamp functions.
• Previous machine operator experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and visually inspect raw materials or Finished Goods for damage, quantity and description.
• Prepare supply RM/FG for production lines and organize outbound loads.
• Store, block and document materials with correct location codes and cycle counts.
• Operate and maintain forklift and other logistics equipment; assist with waste handling and housekeeping.
