Job summary

Technoform-Caprano-Brunnhofer-Gmb is seeking a Shipping/Receiving & Finishing Team Member for the 1st shift (8am - 4:30pm) to handle the preparation and shipment of custom plastic profiles and to support production with materials.

Candidates must be able to operate a tow motor, perform inventory counts, and work in a team environment while maintaining ISO-compliant records and a clean 5S workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift operation experience or willingness to certify.
• Experience with Excel and Word.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods.
• Team-based work environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship custom plastic profiles for customer shipments.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks using tow motor.
• Verify and record shipments using Excel.
• Complete weekly and monthly cycle counts on inventory.
• Maintain inventory records using inventory management systems.
• Follow ISO and process documentation requirements.
• Support packaging materials stocking and move finished goods for shipment or inventory.
• Operate finishing machine for processing and preparation of profiles.
• Perform minor repairs on finishing equipment.
• Maintain 5S and clean work area.
• Communicate with team to maintain quality and safety.
