Job summary

HSBMA is seeking an experienced logistics professional in Georgia to oversee finished goods shipments and inventory accuracy. The role requires managing FIFO-based on-time deliveries, monitoring transportation and warehouse status, and coordinating with production and customers on supply issues.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics, strong English communication, proficiency in WMS/SAP and Microsoft Office, and a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or comparable background of work-related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ of experience of logistics
• Experience of WMS and SAP system
• Ability to operate computerized inventory system
• Highly organized and strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Must be able to read and understand instructions in English
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency

Responsibilities

• Finished good (Battery cell) shipment control.
• Controlling & monitoring on-time shipment based on FIFO rule & proper packing, loading conditions.
• Monitoring transportation & arrival status
• Logistic out-sourcing company status check (Manpower, Equipment, Facility status)
• Periodical auditing & evaluation of logistic out-sourcing company
• Communication with customer about supply issue
• On-time finished good shipment(s) and arrival at customer(s)
• Daily monitoring of incoming and outgoing company packages (MRO)
• Empty packaging replenish control
• Monitoring empty packaging stock status for each location (customer, cleaning WH, HSBMA)
• Replenish empty packaging and feed to Formation production line for cell packing
• Communication with production team about empty packaging issue (Shortage, Contaminated packaging feeding, and so on)
• Inventory control (Finished good & Packaging)
• Daily cycle count for suspicious system stock
• Periodical physical stock inventory for finished good & team assets
• Analyzing stock discrepancy reason & setting up improvement plan
• Quarantine & release management for NCM
• Inventory Accuracy
• Inventory Audits
• Others
• Safety / 5S audit & result reporting

Physical & Mental Demands

• Production Site: Must wear company-provided uniform and PPE including safety shoes, helmet, safety glasses, and portable gas measuring device.

Work Environment

• Usual office environment, production, and construction sites
• Risks include noise (above 90 dB in compressor room), high temperatures (104–122°F in various rooms), and potential exposure to hazardous materials (e.g., heating medium oil, NMP, water treatment chemicals)
