Screenplay Shirts is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Vineyard, UT. This hands-on role focuses on keeping shipments moving, with 2+ years in shipping/receiving and forklift experience strongly preferred.

The position emphasizes dependable attendance and long-term employment in a full-time schedule. The role includes coordinating shipments, loading/unloading, and working closely with production and office teams to ensure on-time processing of orders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or related experience.
• Forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Must be 18+ and pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming apparel and products.
• Enter items accurately into the computer system.
• Organize incoming orders for production teams.
• Load and unload deliveries and operate a forklift.
• Prepare, package, and ship customer orders and create shipping labels.
• Keep shipping/receiving areas clean and organized.
• Manage Will Call area and assist customers picking up orders.
• Collaborate with production and office teams to keep orders on time.
• Identify and resolve shipping or receiving discrepancies.
