Job summary

Pillar Innovations, LLC in Grantsville, MD is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator I to maintain the efficient flow of inventory and materials into and out of the Grantsville shop facilities. You will coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, load and unload delivery trucks, and ensure materials are received, stored, and distributed in a timely and systematic manner.

Qualifications

• Experience with purchasing, receiving, shipping and inventory control preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to qualify as a DOT Operator 10 required.
• CDL Class A is preferred but not required.
• Certified or ability to be certified in forklift, telehandlers, manlifts, yard trucks, overhead cranes, etc.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing work assignments.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload delivery trucks.
• Transport and locate equipment and materials to required areas safely and efficiently.
• Stage or kit materials for production teams to increase production.
• Package and kit materials for shipment to customers.
• Rig, lift, and transport materials in accordance with company safety standards.
• Transport and deliver materials to customer sites and company locations as required.
