Job summary

Intellisense Systems, Inc. seeks a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in Torrance, CA. You will ship orders on time, process receiving, and manage government property documentation to support contracts.

Responsibilities include packing, logs, carrier coordination, and reporting. Requires 2–4 years' shipping/receiving experience, strong accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• 2–4 years shipping and receiving experience or related tasks.
• Data entry accuracy and ability to work under deadlines.
• US Citizenship or qualifying status required.

Responsibilities

• Package and process daily shipments within time constraints.
• Receive inbound material and maintain receiving logs.
• Generate shipping docs (Packing Lists, Invoices) using portals.
• Coordinate government property and contract requirements.
• Maintain carrier knowledge and issue freight quotes as needed.
• Organize inventory, perform counts, and manage packaging materials.
• Assist with government property projects when time allows.
