This role requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years in shipping/receiving, experience with major carriers, data entry and MS Office, and US citizenship. On-site position with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• 2–4 years shipping/receiving experience or related tasks.
• Shipping experience with UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL in defense or government contractor environment preferred.
• Strong packaging knowledge to optimize cost and protection.
• Data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Package and process daily shipments and issue required documentation.
• Receive inbound material and maintain receiving logs.
• Verify items against bills of lading and purchase orders; ensure accuracy.
• Generate packing lists, receiving reports, and commercial invoices using applicable portals.
• Coordinate with carriers, obtain LTL quotes, and manage freight invoices.
