Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Shipping & Receiving clerk responsibilities.
• Billing and creation of BOLs.
• Manage movement of inbound and outbound trailers to dock door.
• Maintain and update the department procedure manual.
• Lead the day-to-day activities of the Shipping & Receiving Department.
• Maintain BOLs and close outbound shipments.
• Communicate missed appointments to Transportation Team and Shift Supervisor.
• Attend meetings and interact with support departments and management.
• Identify and correct shipping discrepancies (picking/packing errors).
• Complete transactions in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) and Web-based TMS (Kuebix).
