Job summary

Horseshoe Beverage Company, based in Neenah, WI, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate all warehouse operations and logistics. This onsite role supports inventory management, shipping/receiving, and staff leadership, working a 2-2-3 schedule from 5:45pm to 6:00am.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, strong WMS knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers competitive pay and benefits at our Neenah facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards within a warehouse and production environment is desired.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot, and make data-driven decisions.
• High performer within a fast-paced high growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts and audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment compliant with policies and OSHA regulations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse employees for high performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, financing, and other supply chain areas to meet goals.
• Utilize WMS to track inventory and workflow; identify process improvements.
