Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to oversee deliveries and receipts at our Wood Dale, Illinois location. You will help keep the warehouse running smoothly, support the team with problem-solving, and deliver excellent customer service from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities include managing material flow, operating a forklift, and maintaining accurate inventory. A high school diploma and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required; forklift experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds unassisted.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and receipt of materials at the warehouse.
• Maintain warehouse organization and accuracy to ensure smooth operations.
• Support loading/unloading of trucks and stocking activities.
• Assist in inventory management and documentation as needed.
