Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of general office experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit of picker activity/accuracy and warehouse reports.
• Maintain files and handle customer service interactions.
• Assist with order picking distribution and daily activity logs.
• Liaise with internal customer support.
• Data entry in WMS and MRP systems.
• Identify cost savings opportunities for the customer.
• Track shipments to ensure deadlines are met.
• Work with suppliers to correct part/shipment issues.
