Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Lockbourne, OH seeks a Warehouse Admin/Coordinator to support daily operations, audit driver logs, and track pallet movement. You will liaise with internal customers, prepare weekly reports, and ensure DOT requirements are met. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and reliable attendance.

Compensation is $21.26 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package, and a schedule Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Join a supportive team within Penske Logistics LLC.

Qualifications

• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and pass background/drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of work within the facility to meet receiving and departure times.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritize tasks and adjust to workload.
• Communicate effectively with team, customers, and partners via radio, phone, and email.
• Troubleshoot system or equipment issues for associates.
• Assist with daily/weekly operational reports.
• Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• Work as part of a team to meet warehouse metrics.
