Job summary
Eaton's ES AMER ESS division seeks a Receiving Coordinator - 1st Shift at our Youngsville, NC site. You will enter data for shipping/receiving orders and work with customers to resolve invoicing and on-hand count issues in the warehouse.
The role requires at least one year in logistics, a high school diploma or GED, and US work authorization. SAP knowledge and forklift experience are preferred; safety and 5S+ practices are emphasized daily.
Qualifications
- One year of experience in logistics or warehouse environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required from an accredited institution.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Relocation assistance not available; within 50 mile geographic area.
Responsibilities
- Enter data for shipping/receiving orders and resolve invoicing issues.
- Ensure accuracy of transaction documents for inbound/outbound material.
- Evaluate shipments for state, federal and global compliance.
- Serve as SAP system resource on the team.
- Schedule transportation for truckload and LTL shipments.
- Assist with loading/unloading, scanning and tagging as needed.
- Follow EH&S rules and contribute safety improvement ideas.
- Apply 5S+ principles to keep a clean, organized work area.
