Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Shipping Coordinator - Raw Materials - 1st shift at our new facility on Innovation Loop in Youngsville, NC. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour, with core hours 6:30am - 3:00pm. On-site role in Youngsville, NC, USA, supporting veterans and military families.

You’ll enter data for shipping/receiving orders and collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve invoicing and on-hand count issues while coordinating SAP-based processes.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in logistics or warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required from an accredited educational institution.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Relocation assistance is not available; candidates within 50-mile radius preferred; active duty military exempt from area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for shipping/receiving orders and resolve invoicing/shipping issues.
• Ensure the accuracy of transaction documents for incoming/outgoing material.
• Schedule transportation for truckload and LTL shipments.
• Serve as a SAP system expert on the team.

What You’ll Do

The Shipping Coordinator will enter data for shipping/receiving order and work with internal and external customers to resolve issues related to invoicing shipping and on hand counts in the warehouse.

In This Role You Will

• Ensure the accuracy of transaction documents of incoming/outgoing material.
• Evaluate shipments for adherence to all state, federal and global restrictions.
• Serve as a resource manager system (SAP) expert on the team.
• Schedule transportation for truckload and less than truckload shipments.
• Assist the department in loading/unloading of truck, scanning and tagging as needed.
• Adhere to environmental, health, safety rules and regulations.
• Provide process and safety improvement ideas.
• Use the principles of 5S+ to ensure a clean and organized work area.
• Other tasks as assigned

Minimum Education Required

High School/GED

Required (Basic) Qualifications

• One year of experience in logistics or warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required from an accredited educational institution
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates in the immediate geographical area (50-mile radius) will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using SAP.
• Previous experience with fork lifts.
• Basic working knowledge and experience with computers
