The ideal candidate has shipping, receiving, or inventory experience, is computer-savvy, and comfortable following procedures. This daylight shift runs 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM with a $21.00/hour wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, material handling, or inventory.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn different software systems.
• Experience with ERP/warehouse/inventory systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Location: Blawnox, PA Pay: $21.00/hour Shift: Daylight – 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM TOPS Staffing is hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join a growing warehouse team in Blawnox, PA. This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for receiving incoming customer products and raw materials, maintaining accurate inventory, processing system transactions, and preparing outgoing shipments. The ideal candidate has previous shipping, receiving, material handling, or inventory experience and is comfortable working with computers and warehouse management systems.

What You'll Do

• Receive customer and vendor products according to established procedures
• Enter incoming products and customer information into the company's operating system
• Complete repair travelers, identification tags, and other required documentation
• Clean and disinfect incoming products according to company procedures
• Transfer incoming imaging products into designated storage bins
• Maintain an organized and accurate inventory system
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliations
• Inspect incoming products for damage or discrepancies
• Document damaged products and vendor discrepancies in the ERP system
• Receive and process vendor materials in the ERP system
• Prepare required paperwork for outgoing shipments
• Process shipments through designated carrier websites
• Prepare repaired products and loaner equipment for shipment
• Build or retrieve specialized shipping containers as needed
• Pull materials for production and deliver them to the appropriate production area
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions when materials are moved
• Follow all safety, quality, inventory, and shipping procedures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, material handling, or inventory
• Comfortable using computers and learning different software systems
• Experience working with ERP, warehouse, shipping, or inventory systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to follow established procedures and documentation requirements
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the majority of the shift
• Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for most of an 8-hour shift
• Work environment is temperature controlled with heating and air conditioning
