Job summary

TOPS Staffing is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join a growing warehouse team in Blawnox, PA. This hands-on role handles receiving customer products, maintaining inventory, recording transactions in the ERP system, and preparing outgoing shipments.

The ideal candidate has shipping, receiving, or inventory experience, is computer-savvy, and comfortable following procedures. This daylight shift runs 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM with a $21.00/hour wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, material handling, or inventory.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn different software systems.
• Experience with ERP/warehouse/inventory systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and documentation requirements.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer and vendor products according to established procedures.
• Enter incoming products and customer information into ERP.
• Maintain an organized and accurate inventory system; perform cycle counts.
• Process shipments and required paperwork; ship via carrier websites.
• Inspect incoming products for damage; document discrepancies in ERP.
• Prepare required paperwork for outgoing shipments and transfer materials.
