Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator for our Bloomington, MN facility. You will work with the Production Control Supervisor to manage inbound/outbound shipping, receiving and related invoicing, with forklift operations as needed.

The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries. Ideal candidates will have a forklift certification, 1+ year shipping experience and familiarity with ERP systems.

• 1+ year of experience in a Shipping environment.

Shipping/Receiving Coordinator will work closely with the Production Control Supervisor while overseeing inbound/outbound shipping and receiving at our Bloomington location. Previous experience in shipping and invoicing would be ideal for this position.

Ideal candidates must be able to work regularly at our Bloomington, MN facility.

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving, tracking and sending orders to customers
• Verifying that products arrive on time and are sent to the correct locations
• Responsible for invoicing shipments
• Operation of forklift
• Cycle counting - ensuring our systems are accurate

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have Forklift certification
• 1+ year of experience in a Shipping environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems
• Previous experience with commercial invoices
• Previous experience with inventory control

Hourly Pay Range: $18.84 - $25.12 per hour, depending on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.

This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.
