Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator at our Bloomington, IN facility. You will work closely with the Production Control Supervisor to oversee inbound and outbound shipping and receiving, ensuring orders are tracked and invoicing is accurate.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a shipping environment, forklift certification, and familiarity with Oracle ERP or similar systems. This role includes overtime eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator will work closely with the Production Control Supervisor while overseeing inbound/outbound shipping and receiving at our Bloomington location. Previous experience in shipping and invoicing would be ideal for this position.

Ideal candidates must be able to work regularly at our Bloomington, MN facility.

Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving, tracking and sending orders to customers
• Verifying that products arrive on time and are sent to the correct locations
• Responsible for invoicing shipments
• Operation of forklift
• Cycle counting - ensuring our systems are accurate

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have Forklift certification
• 1+ year of experience in a Shipping environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems
• Previous experience with commercial invoices
• Previous experience with inventory control

Hourly Pay Range: $18.84 - $25.12 per hour, depending on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.

This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.
