Join Our Team as a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage shipping, receiving, returns, carrier relations, order and product management, and customer service. The role involves prompt and accurate handling of finished goods and raw materials, ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Overview

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for various logistics functions, including shipping, receiving, returns, and carrier relations, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Shift and Schedule

This is a full-time position working from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out truck drivers using Carrier Point logistics software.
• Handle all transactions accurately, including legal documents.
• Assign drivers to loading/unloading doors and coordinate material handlers.
• Complete bill of ladings and obtain signatures.
• Maintain office cleanliness and filing.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Implement process improvements for departmental efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay at $19.67/hour, increasing to $20.69/hour after six months.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of logistics or shipping and receiving experience.

• Experience with warehouse management systems like SAP, Oracle, or Manugistics.
