Job summary

Kenco Logistics is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to verify and process incoming/outgoing shipments at the warehouse dock. You will manage documents, stage and load shipments, inspect for damage, and maintain accurate records in warehouse systems.

The role requires basic Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask safely in a fast-paced environment in the warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum six months in a warehouse or distribution environment required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel required.
• Attention to detail and quality required.

Responsibilities

• Document management: prepare, retrieve, validate, and store operation documents.
• Verify shipments against freight bills for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Stage shipments, label, pack, and load items for shipping; prepare pallets.
• Unload deliveries and move items to appropriate areas.
• Inspect for damage and maintain records in WMS and inventory systems.
