Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments in a warehouse environment. You will prepare outgoing shipments, receive deliveries, and operate the warehouse management system to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include labeling, packing, staging, dock prep, and inspection for damage or discrepancies, while maintaining safety and cleanliness and adhering to applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum six months in a warehouse or distribution environment required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Document management for operation support.
• Label, pack, and load items for shipment per specs.
• Stage shipments for shipping and receive deliveries to warehouse.
• Inspect items against records for damages or shortages; document discrepancies.
• Maintain records of items in warehouse management and inventory systems.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety regulations.
