Job summary

INX International Ink Co. in Illinois is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team. You will maintain inventory accuracy, prepare orders, and schedule shipments while using SAP for records and labeling.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Have 2 years of related experience.
• Have prior leadership skills.
• Have excellent written, reading comprehension and math skills.
• Be able to operate a forklift, cherry picker and turret.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills.
• Be able to bend, push or pull when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accuracy of inventory and cycle counting.
• Assigning materials/items to designated areas and placing them on racks, shelves, or in bins.
• Marking materials with identifying information.
• Assembling internal and external customers’ orders from stock and placing orders on pallets.
• Preparing items for shipment.
• Using SAP for maintaining records and printing labels.
• Monitoring and creating deliveries and shipping schedules.
• Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and scheduling carriers for pick-ups.
• Performing additional duties as required.
