Job summary

INX International is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team in a role that keeps our packaging and beverage ink operations running smoothly. You will handle inventory accuracy, prepare orders for shipment, and coordinate with carriers while leveraging SAP for records and labeling.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of related experience, and the ability to operate forklifts and standard office software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift, cherry picker and turret.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Excellent written and reading comprehension and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Assign materials to designated areas and place them on racks or bins.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Assemble internal and external orders from stock and place on pallets.
• Prepare items for shipment.
• Use SAP to maintain records and print labels.
• Monitor and create deliveries and shipping schedules.
• Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and schedule carriers for pickups.
• Perform additional duties as required.
