Job summary

INX International Ink Co. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team. You will maintain inventory accuracy, assemble customer orders, and prepare shipments while coordinating with carriers.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of related experience, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office. Hours are Mon–Fri, 3pm–11pm, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Prior leadership skills required.
• Excellent written, reading comprehension and math skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift, cherry picker and turret.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Assign materials/items to designated areas and rack them.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Assemble internal and external orders from stock for shipment.
• Prepare items for shipment and print labels using SAP.
• Monitor and schedule deliveries and shipping activities.
• Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and schedule carriers.
• Perform additional duties as required.
