The role includes verifying documents, inspecting packaging, processing orders in AX ERP, matching shipments to records, and coordinating with carriers while supporting inventory accuracy and ITAR compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (AX preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train others and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift and move packages in accordance with job requirements (typically up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Verify all required documentation before processing shipments (sales orders, packing slips, and shipping instructions).
• Inspect packages for proper packaging, labeling, sealing per standards and regulatory requirements.
• Receive, scan, and process sales orders in the ERP system (e.g., AX) to confirm shipping details such as address, carrier, and service level.
• Match physical shipments to system records, verifying order numbers, quantities, and destination information.
• Weigh packages, generate shipping labels, and confirm accuracy of shipment details prior to dispatch.
• Provide all documentation for the shipment of international orders, large orders and calculate freight quotation estimates.
