Job summary

E-ONE in Ocala, FL is seeking a Warehouse Receiving/Shipping Clerk to manage the intake of parts, ensure accurate BAAN ERP entries, and prepare orders for shipment. The role emphasizes safety, inventory control, and accurate documentation to support timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in receiving or shipping department.
• Effective communication skills, written and oral.
• Forklift license (must be able to obtain E-ONE-issued forklift license).
• Recordkeeping and data entry abilities.
• Knowledge of and adherence to E-ONE safety practices.
• Experience with ERP (enterprise resource planning) or POS systems.
• Maintain Hazardous Waste Generator Certification as required by 40 CFR 262.3, 264.16, and 265.16 annually.
• Maintain HazMat DOT Certification for CFR Part 177, and 390-397 every 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and receiving all products from suppliers and recording transactions in BAAN.
• Reviewing incoming product for proper distribution to stock or allocation to customer orders.
• Picking customer sales orders and verifying quantities and descriptions for shipping.
• Staging and packaging customer orders for shipment.
• Creating documentation for shipments, including NAFTA and proforma invoices.
• Perform cycle counts and research variances.
• Update inventory status and customer orders in BAAN.
• Maintain proper labeling and storage, and coordinate with inbound carriers.
