Arning-Companies- is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Arkansas to accurately receive and store purchased parts and materials, ensuring BOL accuracy and proper documentation. Responsibilities include inspecting, labeling, and cyclic counts, while communicating issues with purchasing and maintaining ERP data.

Candidate should be able to operate basic tools and PIT equipment, lift up to 50 pounds, and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather. High school diploma preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Powered industrial vehicle experience preferred (forklift, powered pallet jack, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Receive, store, and deliver materials accurately and in a timely manner.
• Inspect materials on receipt and label/barcode materials accurately.
• Compare purchase orders with packing lists for accuracy.
• Communicate receiving issues with the purchasing department.
• Conduct inventory and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills, data entry and ERP system usage.
• Stand and walk for prolonged periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsible for the accurate receiving, staging, andstorage of purchased parts and material. Ensures bills of lading (BOL) areaccurate and material condition is acceptable and/ or documented on the BOL.Maintains integrity in both the ERP system and the physical inventory throughtimely and accurate transactional/ physical processing.
