Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with bills of lading and packing slips.

Responsibilities

• Inbound processing: verify freight using bills of lading and packing slips, and enter data into the warehouse management system.
• Outbound processing: prepare shipping documents, manifests, and tracking labels and coordinate carrier pickups.
• Inventory accuracy: assist with cycle counts and location checks in receiving and shipping areas.
• Staging and flow: manage staging areas for inbound materials and finished goods, ensuring efficient movement between docks and storage.
• Communication: serve as the primary contact for carriers, resolving minor documentation issues quickly.
