Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Ontario, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. You will verify incoming shipments, prepare outgoing orders, and maintain accurate records using our warehouse management system.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll coordinate with carriers, assist with audits, and help improve processes while complying with safety standards. A high school diploma and experience in shipping/receiving are required; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in logistics a plus.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or related field.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack (certification preferred).
• Proficient with inventory management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with secure packing and labeling.
