Giesecke+Devrient (G+D) Payment Technology in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to coordinate shipping and receiving duties for the location. The role requires 1 year of related experience, forklift operations, material issuing, and a focus on safety and quality controls.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, maintaining inventory and housekeeping, and performing other duties as assigned.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in shipping/receiving in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Prior experience with forklift, issuing material, sheet destruction and vault issuance of materials.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and teamwork mentality.
• Understanding and willingness to follow safety and quality control procedures.
• Willingness to work at least 40 hours per week plus occasional overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong planning, organizational and counting skills along with flexibility and the ability to make decisions.
• Willingness to take part in our background check and drug test process.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Coordinate shipping and receiving duties for the location.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and scheduling shipments.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements for product identification, packaging, carriers, routing and billing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with inventory management and physical counts.
