Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our Woodridge team. You will verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment, using SAP and creating ASNs as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of shipping/receiving experience, is detail‑oriented, communicates well, and can multi‑task in a fast paced environment. The shift is Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm in Woodridge, with overtime available and a benefits package.

• Experience with SAP management system.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare items for shipment and ASN’s.
• Utilize SAP for shipment operations.
• Direct others in preparing shipments.
• Arrange carrier pickup as per PO.
• Contact customers to arrange deliveries and prepare driver paperwork.
• Monitor forklift drivers and daily inspections.
• Prepare daily loads for staging with pallets, bills of lading, and pick tickets.
• Prioritize workload and support warehouse operations.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: SHIPPING AND RECEIVING CLERK IN WOODRIDGE, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Woodridge, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multi-task without sacrificing accuracy, strong data entry skills, and more listed below.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $20/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday – Friday 3pm-11pm , must be able to work overtime
• Located in Woodridge, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be familiar with various forms that are used and required by the major freight carriers
• Support the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base
• Perform job operations utilizing SAP management system
• Prepare ASN’s
• May direct others in preparing outgoing and receiving incoming shipments.
• Responsible to make arrangements for pick-up by the carrier specified on the customer’s purchase order which is conveyed to the shipping clerk by final inspection via the shipping instructions
• Responsible for contacting customer to arrange for deliveries and prepare driver paperwork
• Required to monitor the performance of forklift drivers and ensure inspections are performed on a daily basis
• Required to prepare daily loads for staging, including pallet placards, bill of ladings, pick tickets

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task without sacrificing accuracy
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Excel and Word and SAP
• Strong data entry skills
• Detail oriented along with exceptional organizational skills

• High School Diploma
• 2-3 years Shipping Receiving experience
• Basic warehouse experienceAbility to prioritize workload
