Job summary

Talentify seeks a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Wauconda, IL to process packaging work orders and manage inventory accuracy. You will operate scales, heat sealers, and packaging machines while ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety rules.

Proven warehouse experience with ERP familiarity is required. The role is a contract-to-hire position, onsite, with competitive pay and company-paid benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of warehouse experience in a shipping environment.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and mathematical skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sightline, AS400.
• Experience in order picking by following paper pick tickets.
• Understanding of lot number integrity and verification of alpha/numeric part numbers.
• Experience in shipping, including third-party, prepaid, or consignee shipping.

• Experience in printing shipping labels, documents, and international shipping documentation.

Work Environment

The work environment is a general warehouse that is clean and climate-controlled. The position involves working on the first shift from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with summer hours from Monday to Thursday and shortened hours on Friday. You will be part of a small team of about six people, each responsible for their own tasks. The company culture emphasizes accountability, a positive attitude, and long‑term employment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wauconda, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
