Location: Buffalo, NY

Position: Full-time, First shift (8am-4:30pm)

Salary: $18.62 - $23.59/hour

This role involves verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining detailed records in an online Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The individual will operate various equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks to load and unload materials, maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, perform periodic inventory counts, and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Essential Functions include:

• Understanding packing and shipping procedures for all freight & small parcel companies used.
• Solving problems related to carrier, routing, and shipping schedules.
• Tracking shipments when necessary.
• Shipping products according to customer specifications.

Receiving/Warehouse/Packaging/Finished Goods:

• Verifying accuracy of shipments.
• Maintaining records of materials in/out within the computer system.
• Managing paperwork related to non-conforming raw materials.
• Communicating with other areas regarding issues with materials or purchase orders.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-6 months of related experience required, especially in coordinating with shipping carriers and preparing Bill of Ladings.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Warehouse experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
