Job summary

Kenco Logistics is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to verify and prepare shipments, receive deliveries, and manage documents at the dock using a warehouse management system. You will label, pack, load, unload, inspect for damage, and keep accurate shipping records.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, and 6 months in a warehouse setting; associate degree preferred. This is an on-site role with safety and inventory responsibilities and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum six months in a warehouse or distribution environment required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Document management for operation documents: prepare, retrieve, validate and store records.
• Stage shipments and prepare pallets, crates for shipping.
• Unload deliveries and move items to proper areas; inspect for damage.
• Maintain accurate records in warehouse management and inventory systems.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety regulations.
