Job summary

Talentify in Tulsa, OK seeks a Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Associate to oversee inbound/outbound logistics. You will inspect shipments, enter receipts in ERP/WMS, label and store inventory, and prepare orders for shipment.

You must have 1–3 years in shipping/receiving, forklift certification or ability to obtain it, and basic computer skills. English communication and strong attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred.
• Ability to read shipping documents and follow work instructions.
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.
• English communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Accurately enter receipts into ERP/WMS systems.
• Label, store, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and staging orders.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics to prioritize material flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and regular audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including proper forklift operation.
• Handle documentation such as bills of lading, shipping manifests, and carrier paperwork.
• Communicate discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to appropriate teams.
