Lithia & Driveway is hiring Shipping/Receiving Clerks at our Troy, MI area dealership. You will receive and unload incoming parts, stock inventory, prepare orders for delivery, and ensure accurate records while delivering courteous service to customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming parts shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
• Stock, label, and organize inventory for efficient part retrieval.
• Pick and prepare parts orders for delivery, shipment, and internal requests.
• Deliver parts to customers, vendors, and technicians with excellent service.
• Maintain records of deliveries, returns, credits, and transfers.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Communicate shortages, discrepancies, and damaged merchandise to management.

• Operate company vehicles safely.
• Keep the shipping, receiving, and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Work with the Parts, Service, and Sales departments to support daily operations and customer needs.
