The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the inbound and outbound trucks of the plant. You will need to be able to lock trucks out to ensure safe loading and unloading, as well as provide BOL’s to the Material Handlers. On occasion, you will need to go to the staging lot and assist drivers with directions to the OSF plant. Movement of the box truck on the property. Lastly you will track all inbound and outbound trucks and update the proper spreadsheets with the tracking information.

Job Duties

Education and Experience

• Shipping and receiving experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Walking around the facility to distribute BOL’s to needed employees
• Lock out trucks outside
• Be able to drive a forklift when necessary

• Ensure all trucks are locked out and proper paperwork is filled out
• Trucks ETA’s are properly communicated

The Pay Range For This Role Is

20 - 24 USD per hour(OSF Site 1)
