Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Receiving Associate in Snoqualmie, WA. The role involves inspecting vendor deliveries, updating inventory, and ensuring accuracy of records and condition of items received.

You will coordinate with purchasing on discrepancies, maintain receiving logs, and prepare shipments when needed. The position emphasizes reliability, English proficiency, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and sign off on deliveries from vendors, verifying items and quantities.
• Update inventory records using computerized systems; keep inventory up to date.
• Organize and store received items in warehouse areas.
• Coordinate with purchasing on discrepancies between ordered and received goods.
• Prepare and maintain detailed receiving logs for management review.
• Coordinate return of damaged goods or shipment errors to suppliers.
• Pack, label and prepare orders for shipment when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow health and safety regulations.
• Cross-train in other departments.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay:

$22

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting and signing off on deliveries from vendors, verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered
• Experience with computers, inventory systems, shipping software, and/or manifests is a plus
• Performing quality assurance inspections to ensure the items received are in good condition and meet the company’s standards
• Updating inventory records using computerized systems, ensuring that the inventory is accurate and up-to‑date
• Organizing and storing received items in the appropriate areas of the warehouse
• Coordinating with purchasing department regarding discrepancies between ordered and received goods
• Preparing and maintaining detailed receiving logs for management review
• Coordinating the return of damaged goods or shipment errors to suppliers
• Packing, labeling and preparing orders for shipment when needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, following health and safety regulations
• Cross training in other departements
