Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring for a warehouse shipping/receiving role. You will prepare and print shipping labels, track shipments, and keep inventory records accurate using computerized systems.

The job requires forklift operation, strong math and computer skills, and the ability to work independently or in a small team. The position emphasizes timely communication with customer service and other departments, as well as maintaining daily logs and handling

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping and receiving procedures.
• Ability to prepare and print shipping labels.
• Communicate effectively with customer service and other departments.
• Track and update the status of outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and daily logs.
• Operate forklift safely.

• Collaborates and communicates with customer service and other departments involved in the shipment of products and orders
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.
• Update inventory records using computerized systems, ensuring that the inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
• Coordinating with purchasing department regarding discrepancies between ordered and received goods
• Forklift operating
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency
• Able to work independently and within a small team
• Strong computer and math skills. Must be proficient in working on computers
• Previous experience shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse

7:00am – 3:30pm
