Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Newville, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support the movement of goods through our warehousing operations. Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and/or one or more years of experience in warehouse production.
• Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
• Ability to become familiar with and interpret packing slips, enter correct information into the computer, and acknowledge receipt of goods into the purchase order.
• Ability to understand and use all applicable aspects of WMS (SAP).
• Ability to work with plant management for required results.
• Must be familiar with the most common material handling equipment.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Microsoft Office, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Make arrangements for pickup by the carrier specified on the customer’s purchase order.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
• Maintain an adequate supply of shipping materials.
• Keep the work area and equipment clean and safe.
• Coordinate product completion and shipments in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional communication via email and phone with clients.
• Be willing to work overtime and/or weekends as requested by Shipping/Receiving Manager.
