Salary Range

$18.00 - $22.87

Position classification will be based on relevant experience and pre-employment test results.

Basic Function

Under direct supervision, verifies and records outgoing materials. Performs tasks such as shipping, picking, storing, loading, and packing materials as needed.

Major Duties

• Picks materials for parts orders, verifies identification and quantity, and packs for safe shipment.
• Operates forklifts, hydraulic hand pallet trucks, and electric hoists to load and unload materials.
• Prepares necessary paperwork for work orders and shipments.
• Maintains good relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and service providers.
• Conducts inventory cycle counts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of material handling required. Experience with forklifts, pallet trucks, and electric hoists preferred, with skills possibly gained through on-the-job or specialized training.

Physical Requirements

Frequent climbing, bending, twisting, and lifting approximately 55 pounds; occasionally heavier loads (~80 pounds).
